What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be deployed in a class to support the learning of pupils asdirected by the class teacher. They will be placed in the key stage of their choice. Someexperience of teaching in a similar setting is desirable but not essential. Full-training will beprovided by the school and the successful candidate will have regular, weekly in-house trainingon different aspects of teaching and learning.
The post-holder will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:45 AMto 4:45 PM, depending on the needs of the school. The post-holder will work during term-time(plus an additional week in Easter if required by the school).
Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Being able to work as partof a team while being driven by own initiative is essential.
