What skills and experience we're looking for

Farringdon Community Academy are looking for an experienced and pro active teaching assistant to support within our English department. Experience of SEN needs is beneficial. The successful candidate will support students identified by teachers as likely to benefit from additional support, which will be tailored to the need of the student.
