The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the Enhanced Pathway Lead Teacher to deliver tailored interventions, support access to learning, and help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment. We are keen to recruit Teaching Assistants with the right aptitude and attitude to join this new provision. The role of a Teaching Assistant will be to support the learning students in lessons both in the base area and in mainstream lessons so they can become independent learners and achieve their full potential.
