What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be qualified to GCSE level in English and Maths or have equivalent qualifications.
- Have an approved Level 2 EYFS Qualification
- Be creative and have the ability to engage and stimulate children, in the classroom and during play.
- Provide inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children maintaining a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment.
- Be passionate about giving young children the very best start in life.
- Be committed to raising standards.
- Have high expectations of pupil’s attainment and behaviour.
- Be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Have an understanding of safeguarding and follow the school’s safeguarding policy.
