We are looking for a Teaching Assistant EYFS

Key responsibilities:

Encourage children to explore, experiment, and learn through structured and unstructured play.

Work closely with children who need extra help, including those with SEND or EAL.

Reinforce learning introduced by the teacher through targeted activities.

Promote emotional wellbeing by helping children build confidence, independence, and positive relationships.

Pay range: NJC 2 - 3 Based on 37 working hours per week, 39 working weeks per year. £22,351.43 - £22,688.29 (This includes a fringe allowance of £879.53)

Full time Equivalent NJC 2 - 3 Based on 37 working hours per week, 52 working weeks per year £24,413.00 - £24,796.00 + Fringe Allowance of £1,000

Qualifications and Skills:

TA 1 Qualification or relevant experience GCSE Math and English minimum grade C or equivalent Knowledge and understanding of how children learn Relevant education experience supporting a child/children in a primary school setting
