Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all children. This role, will also involve working alongside our SEND team to support pupil progress.

The post requires someone with:

• current experience of working with children in school and be able to promote an excellent desire for learning
  
• a good understanding of Special Educational Needs
  
• be able to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos
  
• be creative and flexible in the way you work
  
• have excellent communication skills
  
• have highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
