Teaching Assistant job summary

In this varied and rewarding role, you will work flexibly across all age groups and abilities, supporting our teachers and helping to create a nurturing learning environment. Your work will include 1:1 support, leading small groups, and providing general classroom assistance. You will be supporting children with a broad range of needs—including SEN, behavioural and emotional needs—and encouraging the acceptance and inclusion of all pupils.

This is a fixed-term role, starting as soon as possible and initially running until 31 August 2026. The position is 37 hours per week, term time only.
