Brookfields School is a specialist school dedicated to providing high-quality education for pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties, including autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities and communication needs. As a Teaching Assistant at Brookfields School, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance learning and development.
- Assist with personal care, communication, and mobility needs where required.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to create a holistic learning experience.
- Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies and promote a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
