Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 8.30am -3.30pm, Monday - Friday (term time plus 5 INSET days)

Ferrars Junior's is a well-resourced vibrant school with responsive children and a supportive school team. To enhance our team we are looking for someone who has a genuine commitment to learning and inspiring children who can provide support to a child or small group within a classroom.
You must:
- Have primary setting TA experience
- Have relevant teaching assistant qualifications to support primary aged pupils
- Enjoy working with children, especially Behaviour, SEN and EAL
- Be confident in managing challenging behaviour
- Have a calm, patient and caring manner
- Be positive and encouraging
- Work well in a team
- Be an excellent communicator
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Be enthusiastic, adaptable and hard working
