This is a great opportunity to join our popular school.

We are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced individual to work as a Teaching Assistant in Reception/ Key Stage 1. We are looking for somebody who is highly skilled, with relevant experience in Early Years/Primary Education. The ideal candidate will have a secure understanding of child development and phonics, has SEND skills and is a natural communicator with young children.

The role involves: giving support to pupils in the classroom (individually or in small groups); delivering interventions; and supporting complex needs.

Strong communication skills, confidence in supporting learning and behaviour and the ability to build warm, nurturing relationships are key.
