What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who.
- is a highly effective team player with experience and understanding of working with SEN children)
- Ideally has a Early Years Educator qualification and can support children through transition from Nursery to Reception.
- enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment
- actively supports teaching staff to raise standards
- believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential
- is committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils
- has excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication and time management skills
- will adhere to and support whole school policies and practices
