Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 3:30pm, Friday (Term Time Only)

  • Has experience working with children, ideally in a school setting (desirable but not essential).

Key Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help.
  • Help prepare learning materials and resources.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring their inclusion and progress.
  • Promote the school’s values and uphold high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
