What skills and experience we're looking for
Collingwood Primary School are seeking to appoint a hardworking, highly motivated and committed Teaching Assistant to join our strong, supportive and friendly team. We are particularly interested in applications from candidates experienced at working with children in KS2.

The role will include:
- Supporting children in groups and 1:1
- Delivering maths, writing and phonics intervention as required
- Taking part in regular performance management and supervision.
- Participating in reflection, dialogue and problem- solving discussions with small groups of staff.
- Making optimum use of observations to plan effective learning sequences for the child/children
- Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and admin tasks
- Effective use of ICT

- Full and relevant Level 2 (NVQ level 2 equivalent)
- GCSE Maths & English A-C grades
