What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and inspirational colleagues to joinour dedicated team of support staff, working as a Teaching Assistant in ourSpeech and Language Provision within our Additionally Resourced Provision. Thesuccessful candidate will be reporting to the Head Of Additionally ResourcedProvision and be able to show initiative, provide intervention, promoteindependent learning and work successfully as part of a team. Being able topromote positive relationships with pupils and parents/carers alike will beessential. Relevant qualifications and experience of working with languagedisordered pupils as well as Makaton singing skills are desirable but not essential,as training will be given.
