We are seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant (TA) to our Learning Support department at Beaumont School. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be friendly and approachable and strive for excellence in all areas of the job.

TAs provide teaching support and assistance in lessons and during curriculum enrichment activities and so prior experience in supporting or mentoring SEN students would be an advantage.

Experience in moving / handling PNI (Physically/Neurologically Impaired) students, as well as assisting in their personal care, would also be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided, where necessary.

Early applications are encouraged as the school reserves the right to close the advert should we feel able to appoint an appropriate candidate.
