We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, organised and confident Teaching Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our students, helping them achieve their academic and personal potential.

  • Supporting Students: Build positive relationships with students, promoting high self-esteem, independence and social inclusion.
  • Teaching and Learning: Assist with the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities, supporting the teaching of a broad curriculum aimed at helping students reach their full potential.
  • Behaviour Management: Use effective behaviour management strategies consistently in line with the school’s policies, promoting high standards of behaviour.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and other professionals to share knowledge and understanding of students, ensuring informed decision-making regarding interventions and support.
  • Professional Development: Keep your knowledge and understanding relevant and up to date by reflecting on your practice and seeking and engaging in all opportunities for training and professional growth.
