We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide learning support a range of children across the school delivering interventions and supporting SEMH needs.
You will:
- provide excellent support for the children, working with small groups inside and outside the classroom
- demonstrate good English and maths skills
- enjoy working with children and be able to demonstrate the ability to form positive and supportive relationships with children and adults
- be able to use initiative to support behavioural and learning needs
- be flexible and able to adapt to the learning needs of our children
- be enthusiastic, demonstrate patience and have a sense of humour.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be prepared to work creatively with children to positively progress their educational and personal development.
