Leasowes is a two form entry Primary School situated on the outskirts of Stafford and serves mainly the Baswich and Weeping Cross areas of the town. The buildings are surrounded by extensive playing fields and environmental areas. To maximise our use of these areas we are a Forest School where a considerable amount of our learning and cross curricular activities is completed outside.

In July 2016 Leasowes Primary School converted to an Academy as part of a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with Barnfields Primary School. The MAT is named SESAT (South East Stafford Academy Trust). This is an exciting new partnership that we envisage will evolve over time with the sharing of good practice.
