  • Promoting pupil wellbeing, dignity, and independence, including personal care and healthcare routines
  • Supporting and leading positive behaviour management using the Team Teach approach
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to prepare, deliver and support engaging learning activities
  • Contributing to a warm, inclusive and values-driven school culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player who’s flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of pupils
  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
  • A calm, empathetic and proactive attitude

What We Offer:

  • A supportive, values-led Trust with a strong focus on staff wellbeing and development
  • Access to high-quality training, including healthcare procedures and Team Teach
  • Opportunities to work across schools in the Trust and be part of a collaborative team
  • A meaningful role where every day makes a difference in the lives of young people
