What skills and experience we're looking for

Sidmouth Primary School is looking to appoint a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate must have an understanding of the primary curriculum and a positive approach to managing children’s behaviour. The candidate should have high expectations of the pupils and of themselves.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be hard working, creative, enthusiastic and flexible. We will provide the successful candidate with a programme of training if required, to be part of a friendly dedicated team in a welcoming learning environment.
