What skills and experience we're looking for

Teaching Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join the trust at the beginning of a journey of transition to develop and grow the multi-academy trust.

The successful candidate will:

  • have the ability to work effectively within a team environment, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with all pupils and colleagues.
  • Ability to promote a positive ethos and role model positive attributes
  • Good personal numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Awareness and basic understanding of school curriculum
  • Basic awareness of inclusion, especially within the school setting.
  • Experience of working with t&/caring for children.
