Teaching Assistant - Level 2/3 job summary
We are looking to expand our friendly team at Lordship Farm primary school with the appointment of an additional teaching assistant. The role is permanent and part-time ( 3 days per week 8.30am - 3.30pm) to support the teacher with classroom based assistance and intervention groups.
You will need to be an inclusive practitioner with a big heart and someone who is passionate about supporting every child to reach their potential, whatever their barrier may be.

Requirements
Essential
L2 Qualification in supporting children’s education/L3 preferable
GCSE (or equivalent) pass in Mathematics and English
Desirable
Recent experience of working with a primary school setting supporting pupils with SEND/Behavioural needs
Positive outlook and resilience
Herts Steps Therapeutic Thinking experience
Start date: ASAP
Salary advertised is full time and will need to be pro-rata against the hours and weeks worked.
