What skills and experience we're looking for

We require a candidates who:

ü Have a minimum of grade C or above in English and Maths (Grade 2).

ü are qualified level 3 teaching assistants, with grade C or above in English and Maths (Grade 3).

ü have energy and initiative, enjoy challenge, and can make positive relationships with pupils.

ü have experience of supporting children with autism in a school setting.

ü are a positive role model for our pupils, who will help them develop their self-awareness, self-esteem, build confidence as well as supporting their learning.

ü Will manage and develop working relations with other colleagues.

ü Will work positively and constructively within their team and with other colleagues.

ü think creatively and imaginatively and identify opportunities.

ü will promote our core values and ethos.
