We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant Level 2 who has:

  • Level 2 certificate in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools, or Level 2 NVQ for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Successful experience of working as a teaching assistant in a school or nursery setting
  • Knowledge of how to support the teacher in planning, delivering and evaluating learning activities to ensure effective teaching and learning
  • Knowledge of how to keep children and young people safe during day-to-day work activities
  • Experience of dealing sensitively with challenging behaviour
  • The highest standards for themselves and children
  • A passion to be part of a creative and personalised approach to learning
  • A commitment to be part of a team to secure the best outcomes for children

Actual Salary £19,547.80 - £21,167.19 per annum Term Time Only plus 5 INSET Days

Hours of work - 8:45am - 3:45pm Monday to Friday with 30-minute unpaid lunch break
