Teaching Assistant Level 2 job summary

The main aim of this role is to support teachers in providing learning activities for individuals and groups of pupils under the professional direction and supervision of a qualified teacher, differentiating and adapting learning programmes to suit the needs of allocated pupils. To support children and work alongside the year group class teachers to tailor work and activities to meet the children’s needs. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take ownership of the role, by ensuring learning is fun and engaging.
