Contract: 27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has:
- Previous experience of working with and supporting children of relevant age in a school environment.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team.
- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents.
- Personal commitment to on-going professional development.

Towcester is a proud member of PDET, alongside 32 other schools in the Rutland, Peterborough and Northamptonshire area.
