Teaching Assistant Level 2 job summary

The post will include:

  • Supporting small groups of children in our 2 year old provision.
  • Working alongside teaching and support staff in order to deliver high quality teaching and learning opportunities for children.
  • Working as part of a team, forming positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
  • Supporting with personal care, healthy eating, embedding nursery routines and speech and language.
  • Ensuring adequate supervision of the children at all times and deal with the needs of the children on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring that the school’s Safeguarding and Child Protection policy and procedures are followed at all times.
