This is a term-time only role - 15 hours per week

Monday to Friday from 9am to 12 noon

Salary: £8,696 - £8,974 (Actual Salary per year) Grade 5, Points 5-7 (Level 2 Teaching Assistant)

This is a fixed term role until 31st August 2026

You will be part of a very friendly team working on a one-to-one basis with a child to support their learning, providing structured support and targeted interventions within a positive learning environment. This will be a varied role where you will need to be consistent and resourceful, adapting teaching methods to support the pupil's needs and celebrating successes along the way!

The ideal candidate:

Will have achieved GCSE English & Mathematics Grade C (4/5) or above or equivalent

Has a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or is working towards this)

Has experience of working with children in Key Stage Two

Possesses outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team

Demonstrates a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
