We are looking to appoint a highly capable level 2 teaching assistant (grade 3) to join our happy, thriving school, who will help to support the additional needs of pupils in school.

The successful candidate will:

be a talented, dynamic practitioner with strong subject knowledge and high expectations of all pupils

be able to respond effectively to the needs of the pupils in school

Nook Lane Junior School is an academy school, part of Peak Edge Trust, catering for children between the ages of 7 and 11. We are a warm, welcoming school that serves the local Stannington area and the wider Sheffield community, incorporating a 13 place Integrated resource (IR) for children with autism/communication difficulties. Including children from the IR, we currently have 242 pupils in total.
