  • Support children’s wellbeing and personal care with confidence and compassion.

  • Keep classroom life running smoothly and assist with parent communication.

  • Champion learning: adapt tasks, follow safeguarding, and help every child access the curriculum.

  • Lead small‑group work, including Read Write Inc and SEND interventions.

  • Get stuck into school life—lunchtimes, trips, routines and all the moments that matter.
