What skills and experience we're looking for
The team at The Snaith School are looking for an individual, who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young people, to join our established team of Teaching Assistants who play a vital role insupporting and assisting the teaching, learning and care of the young people within our school.
The working hours are from 8:50am to 3:15pm with an 8.30am start on Mondays and Wednesday to attend staff meetings. You will work term time, plus two training days; September training day, and the Trust training day near Easter. Your actual salary will be£17471per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year, though there is a pay award pending and the increase will be backdated to your start date, once it's agreed by the NJC. What are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who is committed to ensuring every individual child receives the care, support and guidance they need to thrive and be the best they can be.
The successful applicant will have good literacy and numeracy skills, a level 2 TA qualification (or willingness to work towards)and the ability to work collaboratively within a team with minimal supervision.
