- One role will be based in EYFS and requires a DfE-recognised Early Years qualification
- The other role may be deployed across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on skills, experience and school needs

- Skilled at supporting high-quality learning, whether in EYFS or across the primary age range.
- Warm, patient, caring and able to build strong relationships with children and families.
- Confident in supporting learning in key areas such as communication, language, phonics and maths.
- Experienced in working collaboratively as part of a team to create an inspiring, purposeful and joyful learning environment.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to create a purposeful, inclusive and joyful learning environment.
- Committed to modelling and promoting our Christian values in daily school life.

Who We Are Looking For
Our ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification (one post must include a DfE-recognised Early Years qualification).
- Have experience working with children in a school or early years setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
- Be proactive, reflective and eager to contribute to whole‑school life.
- Have a genuine commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
