Didsbury CE Primary School is a vibrant, nurturing and inclusive Christian school where every child is valued, encouraged and inspired to flourish. We are seeking two skilled and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants, to join our friendly and committed team from 1st September 2026.

These are exciting opportunities to join a supportive staff community where relationships matter, wellbeing is prioritised and professional development is encouraged.

  • One role will be based in EYFS and requires a DfE-recognised Early Years qualification
  • The other role may be deployed across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on skills, experience and school needs

  • Experienced in working collaboratively as part of a team to create an inspiring, purposeful and joyful learning environment.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to create a purposeful, inclusive and joyful learning environment.
  • Committed to modelling and promoting our Christian values in daily school life.

Who We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification (one post must include a DfE-recognised Early Years qualification).
  • Have experience working with children in a school or early years setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
  • Be proactive, reflective and eager to contribute to whole‑school life.
  • Have a genuine commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
