What skills and experience we're looking for
Green End Primary are looking for a dynamic and experienced level 3 Teaching Assistant to work alongside the class teacher in Nursery, which includes leading sessions with large groups. The person we are looking for is someone who already has experience in working with primary children and is ready to take their career to the next stage in EYFS.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in furthering their career. This is a great springboard for a graduate interested in teaching to achieving their goal or for an experienced TA to take more responsibility.
They will be highly motivated, dynamic, have strong teamwork skills and a ‘can do’ approach to their work. They will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual and will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential.
Level 3, Grade 4, £25,584 pro rata, term time only - 35 hours a week equates to £22,006 per annum
This position is subject to 2 professional references and DBS clearance.
First stage assessment: Monday 16 June, am
Second stage assessment/Interview: Friday 20 June, am
