About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant who can:

  • Support learning and development in the Early Years setting.
  • Provide high-quality care and education, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Cover PPA time weekly and leadership time bi-weekly for the class teacher.
  • Work closely with the teacher and other staff to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Promote the social and emotional well-being of all children.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting.
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification Level 3 preferred.
  • A nurturing and patient approach, with a passion for child development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to work independently when covering lessons.

37 hours, 39 weeks per year, Term Time plus INSET days.
