What skills and experience we're looking for
Central England Academy Trust provides excellent education to learners in Nuneaton and the surrounding areas. We have five schools: Oak Wood Primary School, Oak Wood Secondary School, Michael Drayton Junior School, Higham Lane School and Higham Lane North Academy. Together, we offer a comprehensive education to students aged 4 to 19 in both mainstream and SEND settings. Oak Wood Primary School is a successful specialist setting for children aged from 4 to 11 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated level 3 Teaching Assistant who will plan and lead opportunities for our pupils. Candidates are required to be skilled in using proactive behaviour management strategies to ensure best possible outcomes for all pupils.
