Teaching Assistant Level 3 (Student Support Specialist) job summary

As a TA Level 3 Student Support Specialist, you will be working closely with students who require a different approach to their learning and personal development. This role is integral to creating a supportive, structured, and engaging environment in our new dedicated student space.

The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set that includes elements of sports coaching, counselling, and behaviour management. They will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships, ensuring accountability, and promoting the well-being and progress of students with additional needs
