We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Teaching Assistant who can support pupils and inspire and motivate them to be the very best that they can be. The role will include class work, small group work, intervention, developing reading and pastoral support based within a Year Group. If you are keen to support vulnerable readers to close gaps in reading and build the confidence of our wonderful pupils, this is an opportunity to really make a difference. We offer training for Sounds Write and Reading Fluency to support you with the interventions. If you have the skills, drive and enthusiasm this could be the perfect role for you!
