What skills and experience we're looking for
TA3 to support the delivery of a range of curriculum areas to small groups of pupils who are permanently excluded from school or who are at risk of such. To provide support to pupils in making progress in their social and emotional development and to establish resilience, enabling successful re-integration to mainstream schools or appropriate specialist provisions.
The successful candidate will:
- have a passion for supporting teaching and learning
- be flexible and an effective team player
- have effective interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students
- value, and contribute to, the distinctive ethos of the centre
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a commitment to supporting children to make rapid progress in a supportive and caring environment.
