8:30am to 3:15pm

31.25 hours Term Time and Includes Teacher Training Days

Tudor Grange Primary Academy, Meon Vale sits in the heart of a new housing development at Meon Vale and is a growing school.

We are looking to appoint a highly competent and enthusiastic individual who is a team player, to join our EYFS Team in our school Nursery. This role requires an Early Years Level 3 qualification. You will have proven experience of working in an EYFS setting and a good understanding of how our youngest learners are supported effectively to make the best progress from their starting points.

The successful candidate will be required to support teaching staff in the delivery of a quality EYFS curriculum in line with the vision and ethos of the school. The role will require the successful candidate to be:

  • knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and assessment practices
  • a good understanding of how interactions with our youngest pupils supports their learning and progress
  • capable of adapting activities, taking account of the interests of the pupil
  • excellent users of the English language both orally and in writing
  • committed to our children’s progress and success
  • passionate about supporting pupils who have additional needs, through a nurturing approach that enables the pupils to gain a real sense of belonging and develop their independence overtime
  • highly professional and be able to demonstrate their integrity
  • enthusiastic and hardworking, and flexible in their approach
  • autonomous in their work, following all Academy policies, specifically in relation to safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality.
