Littlemoor Primary School is seeking to appoint a Level 4 Teaching Assistant
32.5 hours per week
Term Time Only + 5 days
Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave
Littlemoor School is seeking an enthusiastic =, highly skilled and motivated Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. About the Role:
As a Level 4 TA, you will complement the professional work of our teachers by taking responsibility for delivering engaging and effective learning activities. You will work with individuals, groups, and whole classes, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential across the curriculum. You will also play a key role in supporting and mentoring other TAs and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality learning activities

Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

Implement personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies

Promote positive behaviour and pupil well-being

Use your initiative to assess pupil progress and report on achievement

Supervise and mentor other Teaching Assistants

Work in partnership with families and external professionals
