We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Lift Noel Park.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in partnership with teachers to support students' learning, attainment, and personal development. You will play a key role in promoting students' independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion, helping them to access the curriculum, engage fully in learning, and experience success in the classroom.
This is a highly rewarding role that has a direct impact on students' educational journeys and outcomes. As a valued member of our team, you will provide tailored support that enables every student to reach their full potential.
You're someone who'll be able to:
* Support and adapt learning for pupils in any phase.
* Be robust, resilient and take pride in helping students who can sometimes find school life challenging.
* Be flexible, positive and compassionate.
To support the best outcomes for our students, we require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Lift Noel Park Primary is based in North London, opened on 1st September 2012 and is part of Lift Schools.Our Academy has 600 children aged between 3 and 11. We are situated in the heart of vibrant Wood Green, 2 minutes from the underground station and within easy reach of Crouch End, Hornsey and Highgate.
