Teaching Assistant job summary

Required to start as soon as possible, an enthusiastic, caring and reliable person to join our happy, supportive staff team at Madresfield C E Primary School. The applicant needs to be flexible as the role may involve a mixture of working in Foundation Stage, KS1 or KS2 classes, or 1:1 with specific children. The role will include some lunchtime duties. The successful candidate will need to have:

Patience, a caring attitude and a desire to nurture children.

The ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the children across the school.

High expectations of all children both academically and socially.

A belief in a rounded education, with all areas of the curriculum being valued.

A desire to help children to find their unique talents.
