Teaching Assistant job summary

The post involves supporting pupils learning and emotional needs within the classroom environment as well as delivering some interventions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to independently lead small groups and provide 1 to 1 support as well as working under the class teacher's direction.

Mandeville is a member of the Spiral Partnership Trust, a growing Trust of schools which work together to support each other and create excellent teaching and learning always and everywhere. The Trust actively encourages professional development. We are keen to find a new member of staff who is as committed and ambitious as we are.

This is a fixed term position for one year.
