Teaching Assistant (Maternity Cover) job summary

Teaching Assistant

To cover Maternity Leave at Sherford Vale School, we currently require an NVQ Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant. We are seeking to recruit a highly supportive, friendly and experienced Teaching Assistant. The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to demonstrate a secure level of understanding of SEND. The successful candidate needs to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and learning, to join our team as soon as practicably possible. Teaching Assistants with a minimum level 2 requirement or above, and/or an excellent, proven track record of experience are welcome to apply. This post is for 16.8 hours per week over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, for 38 weeks per year.
