We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community. The ideal candidate will be proactive, caring and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
Position Details:
22.5 hours per week 39 weeks per year – term time plus 5 inset days
5 hours per week Midday Meals Supervisor
09.00 – 15:30 with a 1 hour break for lunch

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant at Kidbrooke Park Primary School, you will:
Support high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum.
Work one-to-one or in small groups with children, including those with additional needs.
Supervise pupils during playtime and lunchtime.
Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
What we are looking for:
Experience working with children in an educational or care setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible, team-oriented approach.
A strong commitment to inclusion and pupil well-being.
Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable.
A reflective practitioner with a learner’s mindset, open to feedback and committed to continuous professional growth.

Kidbrooke Park Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils attending the school.
