Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a difference for our most vulnerable children. This includes supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and those who may need additional help to thrive both academically and emotionally. These roles will involve working 1:1 with individual pupils and/or with small groups, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and make excellent progress.

Work closely with class teachers and SEND staff to overcome barriers to learning and ensure the best possible outcomes for all children

Provide targeted support for children with additional needs, both 1:1 and in small groups.

Have high expectations of our children in all aspects of school life

Maintain positive working relationships with children and their families
