30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at North Wootton Academy.

Grade D, £16,884 to £17,151 per annum prorated (Full FTE £24,790 - £25,183)

30 hours per week Term-time only (38 weeks per year)

Closing date: Monday 6th January 2025 at 9am

Interview date: Friday 10th January 2025.

Role Purpose

North Wootton Academy are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. This role requires the successful candidate to undertake care, learning programmes and activities to support individuals or groups of pupils, including more specialised support for those with special education needs.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have Level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths of grade A*- C, and a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Experience of working in an education setting, classroom management and working with children of a relevant age is essential.
