We are looking for a caring, skilled and creative Nursery Nurse to join our Early Years team at Lift Trinity, helping our youngest learners flourish in a nurturing, stimulating environment.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding practitioner with successful experience who is committed to achieving high standards and to sharing in our vision of excellence for all. The role will include observing and planning for children using the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Ensuring children are learning and developing to their full potential, and providing a safe and welcoming environment in which to do so. Experience of working in Early Years to Ofsted standards is desirable. Candidates must have a level 3 childcare qualification. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in shaping children's early learning experiences.
You will:
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
* Create a warm, safe and inspiring indoor and outdoor learning environment
* Build strong, trusting relationships with your key children and their families.
* Observe, record and assess children's progress using EYFS principles, special books and digital tools.
* Support children with SEND, working collaboratively with teachers and external specialists.
* Promote language development, including supporting home languages.
* Contribute to school trips, local visits, and wider school life.
