You will work flexibly across our setting to meet changing needs and help narrow attainment gaps for disadvantaged and SEND pupils.

About you — the ideal candidate

We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

  • Experience or confidence in delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions, with a focus on phonics and early maths.

  • Awareness of SEND strategies, EHC plan implementation and approaches to support SEMH needs.

  • Good communication, accurate record-keeping and basic IT skills

  • Patience, resilience, initiative and a positive approach that reflects our values.

  • Willingness to take part in professional development and to work as part of the wider team.
