About the Job
This is a very exciting opportunity to work in the Alternative Provision field with young people who are unable to attend their usual schools due to their physical or mental health needs. Hospital and Outreach Education currently works with pupils in Northampton and Kettering General Hospitals, The Sett and Burrows CAMHS inpatient units, Delapre Learning Centre, Stanwick Lakes and in pupils’ homes across Northamptonshire.

For this reason the position is an essential car user role. You will be able to claim for any mileage travelled during the day, but not for commuting to your usual place of work.
We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in our service across Northamptonshire. The role mainly involves working with pupils in their homes and supporting them to reintegrate to their main school. You will also be supporting pupils in our other bases.
This is a temporary position until 18 July in the first instance.
